My Core Values
Discover the principles that guide Merritt Designs and define how I show up for every client.
Strategy
Every project has a goal, but what’s often overlooked are the impacts that come after completion. From considering long-term maintenance for end users to designing for repeatability and scale, I approach each project with the bigger picture in mind. My goal is to position your work for lasting value, stronger outcomes, and continued future opportunities.
Collaboration
Successful projects happen when everyone’s working toward the same goal. I prioritize active listening, align with your workflow, and keep the bigger picture in view. My role is to act as a technical partner—not just executing, but contributing insight that supports your broader objectives.
Integrity
Trust is built through honest dialogue and follow-through. I’m transparent when things go right—and when designs need to be rethought. I keep communication consistent and clear, so there are no surprises, only progress.
